[cisco-voip] Message Waiting Indicator Stays On

I have a 7960 where the message waiting indicator light stays on.  According
to Unity, the light is off.  I have tried rebooting the phone (**#**), and
that did not work. Tried to refresh the Status.  Deleted the MWI Extension.
Nothing worked.  Any advice?
