[cisco-voip] Message Waiting Indicator Stays On

How many lines on the phone?
Go offhook on each line of the phone and dial the MWI off number.  Do 
you get reorder or does it go back onhook?  Does it clear the LED?  
Also,  what is the MWI Lamp policy set to for this phone?
