[cisco-voip] Question about answering ringing line

We have a setup where our receptionist has a personal line, and a shared
line.

When her 'shared' line is ringing, she cannot just 'answer' with her
headset (or handset)...

she _must_ punch the line button in order to answer that shared line.

This means that her new wireless headset (with an 'answer' button) does
her no good...
she has to be sitting at the desk to punch the button on the phone
anyway....

ideas?
