CallManager only supports 1 active IP address on the server (not
counting loopbac, 127.0.0.1).
So any servers with dual NICs have the 2nd NIC disabled.
If it is an HPQ server that supports NIC teaming, you can team the NICs
but you cannot have both adapters with individual IP addresses.
