Number of IVR ports = number of "Maximum Number Of Channels" under CMT
groups.

See IPCC SRND for traffic engineering examples.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Licensing in CCM and CRA

Hello,

when configuring CRA 3.5 there is a message
"Number Of Licensed IVR Ports: 10". What does it mean exactly?
Is it a number CTI port groups that can be configured?
Or may be it is a number of enabled JTAPI triggers or something else?
Also when configuring "Cisco Media Termination Dialog Group"
there is "Maximum Number Of Channels" parameter, which should be
set according to license(as said in the documentation). What value
of this parameter should be chose to satisfy the license?
The main question is how to calculate maximum number
of simultaneous calls that CRA can serve, which configuration
parameters should be considered and what license limitations are? Does
such a formula exist anywhere?
Sorry for the storm of questions, but I was not able to find answers
in the documentation, I really need help. Thanks.
