After the failed install you need to boot off of the OS CD1 (platform  
configuration disk) to completely reinstall the OS, and then try the CM  
install.
If it continues to fail please open a TAC case.

You mean after I had trouble,I should uninstall the DCD and SQl, and  
re-install it from OS upgrade?
