AFAIK, cisco does not publicly release such specs.  I had a customer
trying to do fax broadcasting with a AS5400-HPX about year and a half ago.
You might find something in the cisco-nas archive around Aug 2003...but
off the top of my head, I think we got up to somewhere around 150
simultaneous outgoing faxes, but that was with the box doing absolutely
nothing else (other than the occasional crash), dedicating all its CPU to
faxing.  I wouldn't expect it to do reasonable VOIP quality with anywhere
near that number of faxes going on at the same time.
