[cisco-voip] SoftPhone + Active Directory anonymous query

Dear All,
 
I have CCM 4.01 integrated with Windows 2003 Active Directory. But I
can't perform directory search in my SoftPhone.
I have followed the document from Microsoft to set the Anonymous Logon
permission (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q320528)
and below is my SoftPhone setting:
 
server name: ip addr of the domain controller
port number: 3268
account name: anonymous
search base: ou=xxx, ou=yyy, dc=test, dc=com  (same with my user
search base in integration)
directory type: Active Directory
 
Any help would be appreciated.
