[cisco-voip] BAT - Owner ID

When inserting phones, I specify the User ID in the CSV file format
section... I assume (bad assumption?) that this is the same as the Owner
ID. However, after inserting, I don't get any errors, but the phone's
owner ID is blank, and I have to manually add it in. Which works, just
time consuming.
 
We are integrated with AD.
 
Any thoughts?
