[cisco-voip] transcoding

I'm still learning the transcoding thing.  

Have Transcoder setup and registered with CM.  

Setup 

region A (central site)
Region B (transcoder)
Region C (remote site).

A - B G711
B - C G729
A - C G729

Phone 111 at Central site Calls phone 222 at remote site or the other
way around.  Both Phones have the Transcoder in there MRGL.  How do I
get them to use the Transcoder?
