[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility

We recently upgraded from CCM 3.2.3 to 4.1.2 and now the log in and log
out procedure takes a long time.  During this procedure there is a
message on the phone that says it is resetting.  Is this normal for this
version of CCM?  If no, what can be done to speed up the process.
