[cisco-voip] h323 gateway with 2811 without gatekeeper?

Hello,

i have cisco 2811 with 2800 Software (C2800NM-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 
12.3(8)T6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) with VWIC-1MFT-E1 and 2x PVDM16

I want to accept incoming h323 call and translate it into outgoing call 
on one of 31 channels on E1 interface

Is it possible to do this without gatekeeper, because i found only 
setups with gk. If yes, can you provide me some links on this topic?
