That should be very doable. I think you can do it with one dial-peer even:

dial-peer voice 2101 pots
 description Incoming VoIP calls
 huntstop
 preference 1
 application session
 destination-pattern T
 direct-inward-dial
  port 1/0:23
!

And it should just work. (This is T1 config but it does work).
