[cisco-voip] Phone hangup issue

I have a remote site to my Call Manager cluster that is having an odd issue.
Some users are getting calls from the PSTN that will ring once and
disconnect.  The calling party doesn't hear anything on their end.  It is
sporadic but only happens to a handful of users.  We have CM 3.2(2c) with
the remote gateway being a 3725 with a PRI coming into it.  I havent seen
any real errors and TAC has not found anything yet.  
Has anyone ever had this problem that can shed some light on it?
