[cisco-voip] Telex P-800 USB MOH adapter static/hum issues?

Is anyone using one of the Telex P-800 as a fixed MOH
source for MCS-7825H servers?

It works fine but after awhile it becomes all static
and no Music. Unplugging it and plugging it back in
brings it back. Also at times there is a slight
humming (feedback) type sound users hear when on hold.
