[cisco-voip] Unity - MS updates

On my 4.0.4 box I was running Win2k and I just ran windows update once
every few months..I never took a service pack tho unless It was tested
and blessed by Cisco...

What is the "Cisco Way" of doing updates (Microsoft) for Unity?

Windows updates?  What is everyone else doing?  I remember that SP are a
no-no for at least a month or two.

I'm running Unity 4.0.4 on Win2k3 with Exchange 2k3 backending.
