[cisco-voip] Phone will not bounce to vm using vm profile, but will go to vm pilot directly

I currently have two people who's phone will not go to voicemail when the voicemail profile is checked. However, when unchecking the voicemail profile and filling in the destination with the pilot number, things work fine. One person is bringing their phone in to see if replacing the phone works. This phone is also not able to use the messages button. A reset and switchport powerdown has not helped.

Has anyone seen anything like this? We have over 3000 phones using this voicemail profile, so I would have expected more calls if it was a system wide issue.
