[cisco-voip] Phone will not bounce to vm using vm profile, but will go to vm pilot directly

If the messages button isn't working then CM either doesn't think there  
is a vm profile on that line OR the vm profile assigned to the line has  
an incorrect vm pilot.  Do you get reorder tone when hitting messages  
or does it just do nothing?   Have you tried changing the vm profile  
and then setting it back?
