[cisco-voip] Phone will not bounce to vm using vm profile, but will go to vm pilot directly

The profiles are working for every other of the 3000 phones, so I don't think it's the profile or pilot. I could always reset those to see if that helps.

...and I totally forgot to cycle the vm profile from nothing to something...tried that and it seems to work!

  If the messages button isn't working then CM either doesn't think there  
  is a vm profile on that line OR the vm profile assigned to the line has  
  an incorrect vm pilot.  Do you get reorder tone when hitting messages  
  or does it just do nothing?   Have you tried changing the vm profile  
  and then setting it back?
