Hello.
1.Yes; you can setup Cisco CallManager as a Gatekeeper. But you cannot see
the terminals or gateways as registered to Cisco Call Manager. Cisco call
manager act as a Gatekeeper, But not like a Gatekeeper. it can forward calls
over itself Using port 1720.
2.Yes You can configure Cisco Callmanager with any gatekeeper . All you you
have to do is route the call between Gatekeeper and callmanager.
3.Yes you can setup Netmeeting by using gateway option in Netmeeting. Not
Gatekeeper option.
4. You have to find H323 image for Ip Phones and put them to TFTP server .
Regards.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco Call Manager : H.323 Support
Hi All,
We have recently bought Cisco Call Manager (4.1) and we have couple of
questions:
[1] Can Cisco Call Manager be configured as H.323 Gatekeeper? If yes how?
[2] Can any third-party Gatekeeper (not Cisco) be interfaced with Cisco Call
Manager?
Does simply adding "Add Gatekeeper" to Cisco Call Manager would serve the
purpose?
If not then how?
[3] Can we place call between Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft NetMeeting
directly?
[With out any Gatekeeper]
[4] Can Cisco Phone 7940/7960 be configured to use H.323 Protocol and
interface with
Cisco Call Manager?
Early response would be great help to us.
Regards,
Anil Pathak
