[cisco-voip] Finding 911 calls via CAR

It should work to just choose CDR Search - By User/Extension and enter 911 
and/or 9911 for the extension in CAR and do a lookup on that.  Is there a 
route pattern or translation pattern that changes the destination 
extension?  Is CAR purging records before a certain date?
