	If you set in your CallManager System Parameters to even have a
CDR for zero call duration you should be able to see any call even if it
is not completed.

	It should work to just choose CDR Search - By User/Extension and
enter 911
	and/or 9911 for the extension in CAR and do a lookup on that.
Is there a
	route pattern or translation pattern that changes the
destination
	extension?  Is CAR purging records before a certain date?
