[cisco-voip] Creating ICD scipt on CRS3.5

*	Create a CSQ under ICD sub-system (i.e.: csq_support)
*	Assign agents to resource groups or skills and associate them with csq_support
*	In the Script Editor create a string variable ("csq_support") and assign it to the Select Resource step's Contact Service Queue field
*	Create a string variable resourceID and leave it blank (no value), check the parameter checkbox and assign it to the resourceID field of the Select Resource step

How do you reference the resource ID or queues in the script to the resource ID's and queues you created? I tried to no avail to get this ICD working.
