[cisco-voip] Trouble installing Dialed Number Analyser

I got this error message while trying to install Dialed Number Analyser onto a CCM 4.01 system.
 
Anybody know what this is?
 
Happens on both the publisher and the subscriber....
 
Seems to take the 'private password' that it asks for...then goes along a ways copying files and blows up with this error.....
