should not happen unless some pointers are fowled up in your CCM database.
Open a TAC case and provide access so TAC can validate your GlassHouseNodeID
from processconfig, values and names in procesNode.

I got this error message while trying to install Dialed Number Analyser onto
a CCM 4.01 system.



Anybody know what this is?



Happens on both the publisher and the subscriber....



Seems to take the 'private password' that it asks for...then goes along a
ways copying files and blows up with this error.....
