HI Everyone,

Yes, this is possible.

The following features are available:
   * Callstatus for 9 or 15 extensions on 7940/7960/7970. Also works with Extension Mobility (logged out users are greyed out)

   * Directed Call Pickup->You can pickup a call ringing on a specific phone. In a normal configuration (with a service url button) a pickup is a 2 button operation. The pickup works even when the call was originally for a huntgroup(since it is cti based)

   * easy shortdial to group members

   * easy transfer to group members

   * acoustic signalling when a call for a group members comes in

   * the number of the caller can be shown at other group members phones (you can turn that off).

   * set and unset callforwardall for group members

As I said before: If you need further info or are interested in a demo, contact me offlist.

Best regards

bernhard

	Wes:
Can you give us more information on the upcoming BLF features?
My SE has only confirmed this feature for 5.0, but CSCsb22172 seems to indicate this might be part of 4.2. Are we going to see these features in the 4.x train?

Scott and other people who face this problem:
In Europe this is one of the biggest feature gaps we see with CCM. We currently use andphone group (http://www.andtek.com/product-group.html) in Installations were this functionality is needed. This is a small XML App which provides a BLF for up to 15 DNs on 7940 and 7960. It also provides quick transfer and directed pickup. You can also get accousting signalling when someone in your group is called. Datasheet is here: http://www.andtek.com/docs/andphone-group-1-1-8_en.pdf
If you need further information feel free to contact me offlist (don't want to turn this into a sales presentation :-) )

	Best regards
	bernhard
