Yes, the closed greeting is played when it is manually enabled for the
subscriber. What is normal operation of the closed schedule for
subscribers? Sorry for asking this multiple times now, but no one has
answered it yet.

If you enable the closed greeting do you hear the personal closed
greeting?

The subscribers do not have the closed greeting enabled (checked), but
they do have a personal closed greeting. What is normal operation for
the closed greeting for subscribers? Does the schedule not apply to
subscribers? When does the schedule really mean anything when you edit
the subscriber's profile?

Do they have the closed greeting enabled?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity - Closed Schedule

We noticed that the closed schedule in Unity is only taking effect on
the Opening Greeting, but not the subscribers. All our subscribers are
using the 'All Weekdays' schedule, but when the schedule is closed, the
subscriber's closed greeting does not come up when you call them. The
standard greeting still plays when you call them during a closed
schedule. Is this normal operation? We're not sure if the closed
schedule only applies to the Opening Greeting and not the subscribers.
We're on Unity 4.0(5) Unified Messaging with Exchange 2003 by the way.

Thanks in advance.

Tony
