[cisco-voip] Multiple Calls to single Route point

Hello All,

 

I have configured single route point for ICD, when I make a single call
to route point call goes through to the ICD, however if I try making
another call, it goes to busy tone.

 

I have noticed however if an agent picks up first call, and I try
dialing again I get success. But this does not solve my problem I need
second call to go to ICD even though first call never gets picked up by
agent.
