[cisco-voip] re:IPCC agents answering lines

Greetings!

We recently upgraded a 3.3 call manager to 4.1.3 and also the IPCC
server from 3.1 to 3.5.  I've discovered that agents now have to hit the
"answer" soft key to answer calls to their IPCC line on their phone when
a call comes to them.  I am using 7960's for their sets and they have
top 2 lines for their personal line and btn 6 is their IPCC agent line.
If the call comes to them either from the queue or by direct call, you
pick up the handset and have to hit the answer key.  

 

K, what feature don't I have set correctly?
