[cisco-voip] CM and Unity Upgrade Questions

According to the docs, SR1 is based on ES06 and you are required to uninstall any ES greater than or equal to ES06 before applying the SR. The document is misleading, but I cleared it up with the TAC - ES06 must be removed.

That being said, the Cisco folk on the list will correct me if that's wrong.

  Also, we are currently running CallManager 4.1(3)es09, I upgrade to
  this from CM 3.3(2) I think in April I believe, and now I notice there
  is a 4.1(3) SR1.

  I assume SR1 contains everything in es09, plus anything that was fixed
  between it and SR1.

  To upgrade to SR1 from 4.1(3)es09, do you have to order another
  upgrade kit?  I dont see anyplace to download on CCO, so I am assuming
  you have to do that.
