I would guess that you have 4.1(3)es09 for a specific fix. If you
uninstall es09 to install sr1 you will loose this fix.
I don''t think the question regarding Unity was answered. Basically
you can apply MS Hotfixes at any time but need to wait for Cisco to
certify MS Service Releases. For more info please see this URL:
