[cisco-voip] Cisco IP to IP GW

Hi,

Does anyone has configures cisco IP-to-IP GW with
Cisco Call Manager and Service Provider. 

Actually, I need to know what 'destination-pattern'
and 'session target' be for CCM and Service Provider. 

I am only expecting 10 DIDs on my CCM for inbound
calls while any number for outbound calls to Service
Provider.
