[cisco-voip] CCM - Attendant console and multi-tenant

Are you using just the extension?  If you use the full number I've seen this happen.

Cool ! Now users appear in the list, and I can even transfer calls to them.

 

But the "status" functionality does not work: it shows a blue question mark instead of the promised icons. Any idea what I am missing?
