[cisco-voip] Agents not displayed in Supervisor Desktop

Sorry,
 
it is solved now: customer "didn't notice" that he had BlackIce Personal Firewall running in all the machines. 
Obviously, it was denying some of the supervisor traffic... :)

	Have you went into the administrator and added him to the group that the
	supervisor is in charge of?  This bit me just a little while ago.
	
	Desktop Administrator -- server -- personal configuration -- team -- add
	agent.

	I had a IPCC system working perfectly. Customer decided to change the
	extensions from the agents: changes were done in CCM correctly.
	
	- Change the extension in the physical telephone.
	- Update the user "agent" with new extension.
	- Update RM_USER with new extension.
	I also added secondary extensions to let the agents do personal calls.
	
	Now all works except one thing: the supervisor desktop doesn't display
	any agent. Any additional change I have to do?
	
	Any idea?
