[cisco-voip] 4.1.3 Registration, for Port 00 on a VG248, fails

	Hello,

	 

	We're currently trying to register a VG248 with a CCM version
4.1.3, and we're seeing a couple of problems.

	 

	1)  All of the ports will register correctly; except for port
00, but *only* if SRST is enabled on the VG. We don't want to enable
SRST but without it, none of the ports will register.

	2)  Port 00 will never register, regardless. And we need this
port register.

	 

	Does anyone ideas about this problem? We've opened a TAC case
but it's remained open for a month now with no resolution.
