[cisco-voip] 7960 hijacks the user interface when calls come in

Thanks Court.

You must be referring to the Cisco Call Manager web interface? I don't
see any similar settings on the phone itself.

Assuming you are talking about Call manager, does call manager allow you
to change the soft-key settings on the SIP load of the phones?

Aside from the key-map settings, is there a way to prevent the
hijacking?
