Don't feel bad - I export only 14 days and I get CPU alerts. We just ignore them. I'm sure there is a way to filter them with the mgmt tools, I think these CPU alarms are generated by ITEM, so you can ignore them from a specific time range.
Not sure about the row limit though. I think that has to do with the maximum number of rows a query will return. Why are you loading 120 days every night?

I load my CDR each night at Midnight. I'm getting alerts that my call processing node CPU is pegging. Any idea how to resolve this? I also got an alert that I have exceeded my row limit. I decreased from 120 days to 90. I'm hoping that corrects the second issue.
CM 4.1.3sr1.
