[cisco-voip] Attendant Console message "Initialization of Call Control Failed..."

Hi All,
i have a CCM 4.1(3) which, according to the Compatibility Matrix, should 
have Attendant Console 1.4(1)ES1. Instead the CCM had 1.4(1)ES2 and i 
have problems in getting the line status unavailable and the message 
"Initialization of Call Control Failed, Retrying". I have loaded the 
latest firmaware on the 7960 phone.
What could be possible wrong?
P.S. I have never manage to install the attendant console at once!!!!!
