I have one customer that does this.

There are two available methods for creating a flat-file.

One, you can go into enterprise parameters and tell the CallManager
publisher to keep/generate flat files.  If this is turned on, it is your
responsbility to delete these files otherwise they will fill up the hard
drive.  By default, files are created in 1 minute increments.

The second method involves you pulling CDR records right out of SQL and
generating your own flat file on whatever schedule you'd like.  If you'd
want to go this route, be wary of saturating the publisher CPU with SQL
