Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone could explain, or send me a link, that
properly describes the three options listed on the redirection property
of the JTAPI Call Control Group Configuration. At the bottom of this
page is a selection titled "Calling Search Space for ReDirect". Here
are the three types and the Help page definitions.
* Call manager default-The redirect uses the search space that is
the default for the implementation. ??
* Calling party-The redirect uses the search space of the calling
address.
* Redirecting party-The redirect uses the search space of the
redirect controller's address.
I am sure the Redirecting party is the CTI ports css. The other two I
am not completely sure. I believe the Calling party is a dn that is
registered to CCM (not external to the system), or is it a gateways' css
were the call enters the system? And I believe the Call Manager Default
is the cti route points css (not the ports).
Thanks a lot!,
Joe Bell
