[cisco-voip] JTAPI Question: Use of Cisco Route Points and CTI

Hi Allen,
You will want to use CTI Ports to use phone type features. The
username you have configured needs to be associated to the CTI Port
(not sure if that is what you mean by the user has access). You need
to make sure you are using the correct version of the CiscoTSP by going
to the Install Plugins page from CCMAdmin. If your application still
doesn't work after checking these steps then you might want to try
phone.exe, found at the below web site, to see if you can register the
CTI Port.
