[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1 and AAR Problem.. Configuration?

Here is what I see in the trace snippet:

Sounds like you have everything set correctly.  Need to figure out why 
the phone does not contain any partitions for the AAR CSS.

Did you reset the phone (1811) after setting the ARR CSS?

Is 1811 a shared line and if so are you using the phone that the AAR 
CSS is assigned to?
