[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1 and AAR Problem.. Configuration?

Hi.

 I have a problem in making AAR to work. I have a central site and a remote
site. I have an AAR Group with Prefix '91'. All External Phone Number Mask
have been configure properly. I also created a CSS and Partitions for AAR
functionality and I add a route pattern to it that will match the prefix + the
external number mask and is routed to the remote site branch gateway in order
to reach the central site user using the PSTN.

THe problem is that the setup of the call never get to the router and the
display of the remote ip phones says Network Congestion. Rerouting and after
that the display change to 'Enter Number' and stays there... The remote ip
phone and the central ip phone are in the same AAR Group and the remote ip
phone has the CSS for AAR set, also the central site has the CSS AAR set as
well as the branch voip gateway. The gateway is an MGCP gateway using FXO lines.


Attached is the CCM trace when AAR kicks in.. Just wondering if anyone has the
same problem before or if it is a misconfiguration in my part.

AAR Group - Prefix '91'
External Phone Number Mask of 2227 is 7877588585
