CCM Express might give you a hunt group (not sure as I only use CM) or
IVR but I haven't heard of ICD on a router. IF I'm wrong, I'm sure I
will be corrected.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Newbie Question
Hello all!
Sorry in advance for this question... but I was not sure where else
to ask it.
I had heard that you can setup a router, such as a 2621, as a VoIP call
center.
If anyone could provide any further details as to how this is
accomplished, I would greatly appreciate it.
I have been searching around the net with no success except to run
across this list.
Thank you again for any help you can provide. -Cheers, Peter.
