[cisco-voip] CDR Error

It appears the problem is larger than that. I installed the ART on 11/8,
and the Max_date for any query has not moved from 11/8. I manually
changed the max_date, but all the reports are just filled with 0's. So I
changed the max_date back.
I have setup the Load Scheduler to run on default of midnight. When I
check the Tbl_Event_Log in SQL, the CDRLoad Jobs are taking only a
second or so (start->end time), and most of the utilization jobs are
returning a status of -2. The Error_log table is filled with
CtrPregenReports[generate] errors with Error_code 1020.
Where else can I look?
Thanks,
Avidan

DirUser is the API ART uses for ldap access.
Are you even able to login to the ART web page?
Many times we see issues where the CDRs are being loaded just not
associated the correct user.
Are your reports user or department based?
If so, try doing a CDR search on your extension to see if it finds
calls.
There is a known issue with ART where when it goes to retrieve the
user a device is associated to if the directory returns multiple
users ART will take the first one. This can cause issues with IPCC
agents, AC users, etc where you have lots of devices associated with
application users. The "owner userid" field on the phone device page
was created to workaround this.
Of course none of this may be relevant to your issue but it's a
common problem.

It appears that none of my reports contain any data when I use CAR,

Here is the error I have in ARTSchError.log

I have Active Directory integration installed with CM4.0. Has anyone
seen this issue before?
