[cisco-voip] New gw missing t1 controller

service-module T1 clock source line
service-module T1 framing esf
service-module T1 linecode b8zs
service-module T1 timeslots ? speed ?

We r installing a new gateway. And for somereason the serial show up in the
config. But the t1 interface do not. I ran into this some time ago and I
think we had to addACmd.
