[cisco-voip] Saving IP phone directories

When replacing an IP phone, we usually just assign the old IP to the new
phone and make the substitution. However, all the stored directories
(Missed Calls, etc.) are lost across a power reset. Is there any way to
save those and reload them into the new phone, probably via some XML magic?
