[cisco-voip] Difference between National, CallManager, ISDN for Caller ID?

If it's set to CM it will try to do it. If you set it to national isdn
it sends that way. Most times CM and figure it out, but some telcos
want it one way or the other and then you end up changing to what they
want.

One of my PRIs is set to CM and the other is set to national isdn.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Difference between National, CallManager,ISDN for
Caller ID?

What is it?

Is this telco dependent, or do are they specific to customer needs?

Also, what is the difference of manipulations between:

Outbound Calls

In other words, how can you manipulate what is and is not sent down a
PRI, and what overrides and combinations work?
