[cisco-voip] config p2p on my voice gw

The commands won't show up in the config if the
default options are used which is probably the case if
you're in the US and are using all 24 channels. 

A 'show service-module' will tell you details on how
it is currently running and give framing, lining,
clocking, clock speed, errors if any, alarms if any,
etc.
