Are you using DMS-100 Protocol? If so, I believe you need to place a check mark in the "MCDN Channel Number Extension Bit Set to Zero" option in the CCM GW configuration.

Let us know if this helps.

We have a PRI between are CCM and Nortel M1 pbx. Was working fine until we upgraded.
We upgraded are CCM from 3.3.4 to 4.1.3 . Now we can't make any calls. the D-channel is established.
but when I try to make a call from my IP phone it disconnects right away. when I call from Nortel to IP
it rings once then disconnects. I did a debug isdn q931 and see the Messages.
Any help is appreciated
